What is Debra-Freeze?
The Debra-Freeze department (KF 75) includes 2000 pallet spaces and is located adjacent to the Debra-Meat buildings (CE 17/1). Among other facilities, it includes a rapid freezer unit, in which products can be frozen within a set time. In addition, the frozen product storage unit keeps the meat at a constant temperature of -18 °C.
Temperature changes are closely monitored 24/7 using our custom software, which enables us to intervene rapidly, if needed.
Supporting exports beyond Europe
Our own freezer space enables us to freeze Debra-Meat, as well as meat from third parties, at an ideal temperature so that product quality is not affected.
