Careful selection

Most of our pigs come from East and West Flanders. They are carefully selected according to their weight and lean meat percentage. Strict monitoring of their health, respect for animal welfare and animal fasting are also part of the standard procedure. 

The selected pigs are then slaughtered while respecting the animal’s welfare and graded in our abattoir.

Within 24 hours, a pig can be slaughtered, cut, processed and transported to the point of sale!

From pig unit to shelf in a single day

We attach great importance to the cold chain and, for this reason, sides of pork already leave our cold storage rooms the day after they are slaughtered. This enables us to guarantee optimum quality!

80% export

With such a wide range, we know all about export, as no less than 80% of our volume goes to other countries. Some of it even leaves Europe for South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Other destinations include South Africa, Australia, Japan and Canada.
